The next World Expo will take place in Dubai from 20 October 2020 until 10 April 2021.

Inspired by Connecting Minds, Creating the Future, EXPO 2020 will explore visions of the future, and concepts and technologies for living together in an increasingly networked world.

Themed in dialogue with austria, the Austrian pavilion will present innovative and creative solutions for the future. The striking and carefully considered architecture clearly shows what the combination of traditional and contemporary building techniques can achieve:

  • the pavilion is made of intersecting cones which are rendered internally with lime plaster.
  • The tops of the cones are cut to different levels, which creates different sized openings for light to enter the area below and provides an impressive experience of the space.
  • The synthesis between the age-old spatial experience and digital high-tech presentation technologies creates a unique overall experience.

As part of your trip to Dubai you will receive a welcome drink in the VIP area of the Austrian pavilion. After exploring everything it has to offer, we will organize admission to a further three country pavilions with priority admission.
