VB2meet – new for self-bookers!

In partnership with meetago, Verkehrsbüro MICE Services has designed a new online platform called VB2meet.

MICE bookers can use it to find the perfect location for their meeting or get-together in just a few clicks. The new tool searches for meeting facilities and rooms in more than 350,000 hotels and locations – from traditional to cutting edge. VB2meet is a transparent and user-friendly online platform that simplifies and unifies the entire process from booking to payment. You can contact the hotels directly and will receive a quote in no time at all. All services are invoiced by the selected provider. VB2meet is free to use, with access restricted to registered users.

This useful interactive tool makes event management even easier for Verkehrsbüro MICE Services customers and has the potential to deliver cost savings.
